For a new project, the tooling fee charged is not kept by our company; it is paid to the corresponding suppliers. The main costs are incurred for tooling, debugging, etc. The development fee signifies mutual commitment to the cooperation. Of course, if your subsequent bulk order reaches 20K (depending on the project nature, it could be 10K), this fee can be refunded.
Price is related to order quantity. If you purchase larger quantities, we will offer a certain discount.
Yes. For bulk orders, our warranty period is one year. Within one year, if the product has issues (non-human-induced), you can contact us. We have dedicated after-sales customer service to handle it.
The customization process is as follows: Define Project Scope → Fill out TSD Requirements Form → Engineering Analysis → Costing → Evaluation → Customer Confirmation → Provide Drawings → Customer Confirmation → Sample Production → Customer Approval → Mass Production.
Yes, you can place a sample order for testing first, or a small trial production order (not lower than the Minimum Order Quantity – MOQ).
We usually accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payments. Other payment methods can be negotiated separately.
